Homes facing foreclosure more than doubled in 1Q from 2007

- Folks, as an auctioneer of bank foreclosure properties; these properties are rarely bought by investors. They are being taken back by the lenders. Lenders would absolutely love for investors/homeowners to buy the homes at the auction so they don't have to take them back.
